Metrika Investments and PROFMETALL have signed a long-term lease agreement for 10 years for 825 sq.m of shell&core office space in ART Gallery Business Park.

Metrika Investments announces about leasing office premises with total area of 928,7 sq.m in ART Gallery Business Park. The tenant, JSC Atomenergoproekt is part of the Engineering Division of State Corporation Rosatom.

Metrika Investments and AGROKOMPLEK N.I. Tkachev signed a long-term lease agreement for 1,201 sq.m. of office space in "shell&core" condition in Neva Towers. The company intends to locate a part of its employees in the new office.

Metrika Investments and QUANTUM have signed a long-term lease agreement for 1 287 sq.m. of office premises in "shell&core" condition in Neva Towers. Tenant intends to place in the new office key employees of the company.
