Metrika Investments started elaborating on a project to redevelop the operational asset Art Gallery Business Park (previously called Crystal Business Park) at 23A Kirovogradskaya Street
Currently, the company is working on a project to reconstruct the business park’s common areas and exteriors, is developing a landscaping and general navigation project. The Art Gallery Business Park will be certified in accordance with BREEAM global green standards, therefore massive upgrade of MEP systems and utilities is planned as well.
