Anton Melnikov, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Metrika Investments, took two awards at once - as the winner of Round 1 and as the best speaker of the event.

Anton's opponent in the round was Gurgen Shekoyan from CODE.

Defending the classical offices Anton not only referred to the current office space statistics in Moscow and developed markets, but also touched upon such questions as IT security, leasing terms, legal risks and rental rates.
