Becar Facility Management has signed a management agreement for ART Gallery Business Park business centre with Metrika Investments, the owner of the high-class B+ class complex. Starting from April 1, 2024 Becar Facility Management will start providing maintenance and administrative management services at the facility, as well as cleaning the premises and the adjacent territory of the business centre.

Metrika Investments and MANTERA signed a long-term lease agreement for 432 sqm of ready office space in Neva Towers Business Centre. The company plans to accommodate its employees in the new office.
