A special feature of this year was the combination of two traditional awards - a Moscow and a federal one - because of the coronavirus pandemic. As usual, leaders of the commercial real estate industry gathered to sum up the results of the past year and choose the best representatives in each category.

Neva Towers was marked in two nominations.

The Neva Towers office sale transaction won in the "Deal of the Year category. Buy-Sell".

The second "golden brick" was given to Neva Towers as the best multifunctional complex.
