Neva Towers multifunctional administrative and business complex won in the category "Best Implemented Project for Office Buildings and Business Centers" in the "Active Citizen" project of the Moscow City Urban Planning Policy Department competition "Best Construction Project”.
108 projects commissioned in 2020 were admitted to the contest. The participants are presented in 11 nominations covering the main urban development areas: from residential buildings and medical and educational institutions to street and road network facilities, metro and restoration and adaptation of cultural heritage for modern use.
Voting of the professional jury was held in two stages. First, the members of the city competition committee, based on the evaluation criteria in each category, determined a shortlist of 38 finalists, from which the winners were then selected.
Addressing to the winners of the contest Sergei Sobyanin noted that the pandemic consequences in no way affected the pace and quality of construction in Moscow. He has underlined that Moscow shows incredible dynamics of development. And all this is the merit of builders who have high professional competence, passion and desire to make the capital of Russia one of the best cities in the world.
