Neva Towers Business Centre receives Prime class rating
Neva Towers business centre was officially assigned Prime class according to the updated 2024 office property classification.  Neva Towers became the eighth Prime class business centre in Moscow.
Neva Towers Business Centre, with a total area of 60,283 sq m, is a part of an ultramodern multifunctional complex with a total area of 357,000 sq m. The facility is located in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, on Presnenskaya embankment, at 1st Krasnogvardeysky Proezd, 22 p. 2, within a 5-minute walk from International, Delovoy Tsentr and Vystavochnaya metro stations, next to the TTC, which provides convenient access to the main transport routes. 

The Neva Towers complex was built using advanced technologies and materials, which ensures its durability and safety, and is the first mixed-use complex in Russia to be built according to LEED standards - the facility has been awarded the highest Gold category. The business centre is located on the 1st-26th floors of Tower I, has a separate entrance group and direct access to the shopping gallery with haute cuisine restaurants, food hall, beauty salon and other infrastructure. One of the unique characteristics of the project is an extensive park area with a ‘dry’ fountain in front of the towers, which creates a unique atmosphere and allows you to synchronise the working environment with the feeling of easy relaxation in the heart of the capital's business.

The territory of the complex, which is under round-the-clock security, is equipped with professional video surveillance systems BOSCH Security Systems B.V and access control systems BOSCH and KONE. The business centre car park for 531 parking spaces, located on the -4th floor, is equipped with a complex of modern parking equipment Nedap Security and automatic entrance gates, operating without human intervention by contactless radio tags.

The building of the complex has modern high-quality energy-efficient panoramic glazing, is equipped with an addressable analogue fire alarm system, a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system that allows to regulate the temperature in a separate office block, with the possibility of year-round cooling and heating of the air and is able to provide air exchange in accordance with the expected occupancy of the building, as well as other engineering solutions that define the facility as Prime class.

The main criteria for assigning Prime class to a facility are its location (within the TTC, Moscow City business district and the Leningrad corridor), its ownership by a single owner and strict compliance with technical requirements. According to the characteristics declared by the owner, there are 28 mandatory criteria and 13 optional criteria for Prime class, of which BC Neva Towers fulfils 28 mandatory and 8 optional criteria.
