For the 10th time the festival brings together participants in an informal atmosphere - among them developers and retailers, construction and fit-out companies, designers and architects, management and investment companies, etc.

This year Metrika Investments - a commercial property investment fund that owns and manages A+/A and B+ class offices and Reka.fm - a residential and commercial property management company - decided to unite into a single team to impress all the guests with their amazing dishes. Ferghana pilaf and domlyama from the chefs left no one indifferent. The team took 2nd place at the festival and was very happy that they were able to please the guests of the event with their dishes.
