Leading market players of commercial real estate summed up the results of the first half of 2022 and outlined the prospects of further development of the industry. The meeting was divided into three sessions: Market Overview by Leading Brokers, Development and Investments and Management.

Andrey Arkadyev, Chief Investment Officer of Metrika Investments, took part in the "Development and Investments" session. In a dialogue with his colleagues, Andrey shared the experience of Metrika Investments over the past six months, discussed the main factors affecting the future of the office segment, predicted the decrease of the key rate to 7,5-8,5%, increased vacancy in the segment of Class A/A+ offices and, consequently, competition for customers in which the most high-quality and flexible product will win. ⠀
