This transaction has become the largest in the business center's portfolio and increased occupancy rate of Neva Towers to 98,8%. The international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield acted as consultant for the transaction.

The company's new office in Neva Towers will accommodate 1,500 employees. Already a tenant of office premises in OKO and OKO II Towers, Yandex becomes one of the largest residents of Moscow-City.
