This year Metrika Investments' flagship asset, the Neva Towers Business Centre, reached the finals in two categories.

Elizaveta Golysheva, Director of Asset Management and Leasing, presented Neva Towers Business Centre in the category "Class A Business Center". Elizaveta told about the efficiency of the office space, advanced technologies and the results of the marketing for the last year.

In their turn, Viktor Lychits, director of development, and Anna Filippova, head of projects of Assets management and leasing department, together with Murat Istepanov, technical director of Renaissance Development, presented Neva Towers multifunctional complex in a new nomination CRE Green Brick.

Colleagues told not only about the unique solutions implemented in the complex and "green" policy of both companies, but also shared a special approach to work with tenants.
