Company Vega-Gaz LLC signed a long-term rent agreement for 2 689 sq. m. of office premises. Knight Frank acted as a consultant for the deal.

Vega-Gaz was founded in 1997 and is now the leading developer and designer of complex automation systems for fuel and energy complex enterprises.

A competence center was established on the basis of the company for creation, promotion and operation of automated control systems for oil and gas industry facilities.

Over 300 employees of Vega-Gaz LLC will move to the new premises of ART Gallery Business Park this May.
