Becar Facility Management has signed a management agreement for ART Gallery Business Park business centre with Metrika Investments, the owner of the high-class B+ class complex. Starting from April 1, 2024 Becar Facility Management will start providing maintenance and administrative management services at the facility, as well as cleaning the premises and the adjacent territory of the business centre.
ART Gallery Business Park is a business centre with a total leasable area of 32 thousand sqm at Kirovogradskaya Street, 23A and 23A K1, was built in 2012, has been managed by Metrika Investments since the end of 2019. and as of today, has accommodated such major companies as: OBO Betterman, AP Security, Russian Light, Vega-Gas and VegaMashProject, Elcom Group, IEK Group, O'KEY, CreditEuropaBank, Karl Storz, SET Group of Companies, WildBerries and others.
