BP plans to locate in the new office its Moscow subdivisions, which will continue to occupy office premises in business centers Lotte Plaza and Paveletskaya Plaza until the relocation.

For the new tenant of the business center, CBRE has developed a concept for the office space, carried out a technical audit, and proposed a plan for the new hybrid format. CBRE is also the managing company for the interior finish of the BP premises in Neva Towers Business Centre.
