In the process of preparing a new issue of LICA magazine, the concept of which will be based on the Olympic Games, the Urban Awards team talked to Anton Melnikov about sports and development.
AM: "Athletes prepare their whole lives for the Olympic Games. Developers' preparation time for future projects often equals decades. And in addition, each project "from scratch" takes at least 3-5 years-in the process of construction you make mistakes, look at the experience of competitors, and analyze what can be done better.
Athletes are also trying to improve their technique: from competition to competition is equal to the best competitors. The developer, like the athlete, analyzes his work and makes every effort to improve the subsequent result. Both are a close-knit team of like-minded people whose hard work inevitably leads to new heights.
"High Performance Development is not possible without years of preparation, a cohesive team, competitive analysis, and hard work."
