Anton Melnikov, general director and board member of Metrika Investments, together with Evgeny Romanenko, director of financial products development of "Peak Franchise" and Roman Romanyuk, chairman of the board of the venture fund "Eurovenchur" (Euroinvest Holding), will be responsible for investment and financing of redevelopment projects in the expert council.
The Redevelopment Expert Council was created at the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers with the aim of accumulating the best Russian and international experience, creation of the open communication system between the key market players, and also for the development of effective practical solutions in the sphere of development and redevelopment of the urban territories and objects.
Headed by the Chairman Denis Kolokolnikov, RRG Managing Partner, the renewed composition of RGUD Redevelopment Expert Council includes developers, builders, designers, consultants, architects, investors, lawyers and representatives of the authorities.
"The expert council has big plans for 2022. We are finishing a large-scale study of redevelopment of territories of Russia, in which we will rank the main players, areas for potential development and raise important RE issues - emphasizes Denis Kolokolnikov. We also plan to study legislative activity in this sphere, to use the competence and professionalism of our experts in order to facilitate the work of all market players on redevelopment projects and improve the quality of projects".
