"Players in the residential real estate segment who implement office projects in order to get benefits will not become core players in the segment in the near future.
Trends show that developers prefer either to sell such office space "in pieces" or try to make deals with the specialized companies of the office market.
First of all, this is explained by the factor that the office business is a less risky, but also a less profitable tool, the concept of which is to hold assets for a long period of time."
