From December 2019 Metrika Investments became the owner of the office part of Neva Towers with the rented area of 60,283 sq.m. and 531 parking spaces.

Neva Towers MPC received LEED Gold certification and became the first and the largest multifunctional complex in Russia to receive this golden status.
