Neva Towers is LEED certified

Neva Towers (Tower l), commissioned in November 2020, underwent LEED certification and received a Gold rating.

The highest scores were achieved in such criteria as "Sustainable Sites", "Energy Efficiency and Atmosphere", and "Indoor Environment Quality".

Confirmation of the Gold rating was the result of a combination of a unique concept for the Moscow City business cluster and the responsible approach of Metrika Investments and Renaissance Construction Holding to the Neva Towers complex.

The landscaping of the plaza and the ecology of the vertical city is already highly appreciated by both green building experts and the tower's tenants and residents.

The Neva Towers Business Centre, owned by the company Metrika Investments, has already welcomed its first tenants as of January 1, 2021. All "green certification" standards have been negotiated in advance with future office residents and are under the control of the owner of the business center.

One of the project's "eco-cards" is a vast park zone with a "dry" fountain in front of the towers that allows you to synchronize the working environment and the feeling of easy rest in the heart of the capital's business.

Metrika Investments' perfectionism in the matter of interior comfort and creating the maximum level of comfort for users was recognized during the certification with high marks in the "Quality of Indoor Environment" criterion.

Metrika Investments highly evaluates the sustainability of each of its assets and intends to develop "green building" in Russia. Metrika Investments' goal is not only to reduce environmental risk, but also to provide a comfortable environment for tenants, taking care of its employees.
