ART Gallery Business Park is fully leased
Metrika Investments announces the conclusion of three office space lease deals with a total volume of 1,259 sq. m. in ART Gallery Business Park. The business centre will provide offices of the companies Russian Light, Fast Media Ltd, OBO Bettermann.
Metrika Investments and the company Russky Svet signed a long-term lease agreement for 382 sq m of office space with ready finish. Company has moved into a new office block with a fully finished design in ART Gallery Business Park. The company Russky Svet is an official distributor of 250 leading Russian and world manufacturers of electrical equipment in Russia and CIS countries. The company owns 7 A+ class distribution centres, 143 branches and representative offices and 56 own shops. Since its foundation in 1995, Russian Light has been providing its customers with high quality products and professional services that meet modern standards and market conditions. NF Group acted as the brokerage consultant.
Fast Media Ltd company plans to launch its first branch in Russia in February 2024 in a new 491 sqm office block in ART Gallery Business Park. Fast Media is an international young growing IT company, professionally engaged in web development and web design, long-term SEO strategies and optimisation, full cycle mobile application development. The company plans to fully enter the Russian IT market in 2024.
Metrika Investments and OBO Bettermann company signed a long-term lease agreement for 386 sq m of office space with an obligation on the part of the landlord to fully finish the office space for the tenant, including furniture and equipment.
The company plans to relocate the current office near Moscow during Q1 2023 after the landlord completes all necessary works. OBO Bettermann is a world-renowned brand that manufactures a full range of products in the electrical installation field. The German brand has 100-year experience of successful work. In territory of the Russian Federation the company OBO Bettermann works since 2003. Its offices are located in the largest cities of the country - from the North-West region to Siberia. All products have official certification, which complies with both Russian and international standards. Morrow Group acted as a brokerage consultant.
